As part of World Homeless Day, Get Radio’s very own Breakfast Show Host, Rich, and Commercial Director, Hamish, are gearing up to participate in Oxfordshire’s CEO Sleepout on Thursday, October 12th – hosted at Oxford University’s oldest college, University College.
This impactful event, organised by Oxfordshire Homeless Movement, aims to raise awareness about the harsh realities of homelessness. While we can’t fully comprehend what it’s like to sleep outside day after day, this sleepout provides a small glimpse into the challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness as this event brings together Oxfordshire’s business and academic leaders for an unforgettable night of solidarity.
More than just a fundraising initiative, it serves as a powerful reminder of the struggles faced by those without a home.
