The role

A part-time sales job that fits around the school day, with proper training and earnings that reward results.

Get Radio helps Oxfordshire businesses reach local customers through radio advertising and sponsorship. We’re growing. A local newsroom is on the way, our digital offering is expanding and we’re building an app.

You’ll talk to local business owners, find out what they need and help them reach more customers. You don’t need to have worked in sales before. You need to be comfortable picking up the phone, curious about how businesses work and willing to learn. We’ll teach you the rest.

What you’ll do

Some client meetings mean travelling within Oxfordshire during your working hours. Business networking events are occasional and optional.

Targets and earnings

At full pace, your target is one airtime campaign a week and four sponsorships a year. You’ll build up to that over your first 90 days.
