Hooray Recruitment Agency Expands with a New Branch in Oxford
Oxfordshire welcomes a new player in the recruitment landscape as Hooray, an award-winning agency, launches its branch in the region, promoting its ethical recruitment approach.
Hooray, a Cheltenham-based recruitment company known for its strategic and ethical recruitment solutions, has embarked on its expansion journey by establishing a presence in Oxford. This move solidifies its commitment to make a positive impact on businesses.
As part of their strategic positioning, the company has onboarded Alex Dean, a seasoned recruiter, to lead its Oxfordshire division. This new team, operating from Summertown, aims to provide recruitment solutions in various sectors such as Professional Services, Tech and Engineering, Healthcare, and Education.
In addition to this expansion, Hooray has fostered a philanthropic alliance with Oxford Hospitals Charity, pledging support for the next year.
Sharing his excitement, Richard Arthur, Hooray’s Managing Director, expressed, “This is another exciting step in our continued growth story and we’re looking forward to delivering a positive impact on the Oxford community. Oxford is a great strategic fit for us, it has a strong economy and is world-renowned in all the key sectors we specialise in and is a bridge between Cheltenham and Milton Keynes. Since its inception in 2017, Hooray’s footprint has grown significantly with a 20-strong team and a branch in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Their mission remains clear – to assist businesses and charities in finding the right talent that aligns with their broader societal and economic goals.

In celebration of its Oxford expansion, Hooray is hosting a launch event at the Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel in Iffley on October 25th. Key representatives from Oxford Hospitals Charity will also attend the event.
