Rich was joined by Rosie from Independent Oxford, who has recently become Chair of Cowley Road Works, to talk about plans to keep the spirit of the Carnival alive and celebrate the incredible diversity of East Oxford. 🌍❤️ There’s also an exciting long-term vision: bringing back a full Cowley Road Carnival on 4th July 2027. 🌈🎶 To make that happen, organisers are encouraging local people, businesses and supporters to get involved and look out for opportunities to support the charity and its fundraising events.
