Pulhams Unveils Innovative App to Transform Passenger Experience

In an exciting development for travellers, Pulhams has introduced a cutting-edge mobile app designed to streamline and enhance the passenger experience.

The app boasts an array of features aimed at simplifying the travel process. Passengers can now effortlessly plan their journeys, stay updated with real-time travel information, and purchase both travel passes and multi-trip tickets in advance or while waiting for their bus.

A standout feature of the new app is the ability to use one’s phone to scan QR codes on vehicles, a method that validates journeys swiftly and efficiently.

For the first time, the app grants access to comprehensive travel information across various bus operators in the region, including Stagecoach services. This marks a significant step towards providing a unified view of the area’s bus network.

Adding to its versatility, the app also includes a ‘things to do’ section, offering insights into events and attractions within the picturesque Cotswolds. Moreover, its travel planning tool not only enables users to track buses in real time but also to explore the on-board amenities and gain a better understanding of the extensive service network available.

Developed in collaboration with the Passenger Technology Group, the app is now available for download at no cost from both the App Store and Google Play. Alongside the app’s launch, Pulhams has introduced a variety of new ticket options, accessible through the app.

This move is part of Pulhams’ broader strategy to invest in digital technology, aimed at making bus and coach travel more user-friendly and accessible. The launch of a new website complements the app, further easing the way passengers access travel information.
